This July students from all around the country will be celebrating nutrition month by being healthy physically and mentally. Staying healthy includes a balanced diet, staying clean, getting plenty of exercise as well as keeping your heart strong.
But what does this occasion really celebrates?
Nutrition Month as the name itself, celebrates about nutrition and good health by focusing on the importance of making informed food choices and consuming healthy food, such as vegetables and fruits every month of July.

Why is this event being celebrated?
A little historical recap; this event is based on the Presidential Decree 491 or the Nutrition Act of the Philippines signed on June 25, 1974, The event aims to contribute to the full development of the an individual (Most especially students) through integrated services of health and nutrition.
How is this possible to be achieved?
The nutrition program encourages students from all around the country to eat as health as possible. Cooperation and Participation of students and teachers is the major key for this successful program to be achieved.
